At Seasons Care Management, PLLC, it is our primary goal to provide each of our clients with the peace-of-mind that they, as well as their loved ones, have the appropriate resources to properly meet their needs. Our team is sensitive to all situations and concerned as we are prepared to provide the care our clients deserve. It is our passion to work with adults, seniors, and their families. Although we provide service for the aging, we also work with those who have mental health needs, developmental disabilities, or other disabilities. Each day, we go above and beyond for our clients’ comfort and well-being, finding it rewarding to ensure their needs are well-met. Over the years, we have developed strong positive relationships with our clients and their loved ones as we provide the resources they need.
Our owner, Julie, has over 17 years of social work experience in the Treasure Valley, including the right combination of education and experience in guardianship and care management. Julie holds a Master of Social Work degree from University of Nevada, Reno, a Bachelor of Social Work from Weber State University, and a Bachelor of Gerontology from Weber State University.
Since its foundation in 2011, Seasons Care Management, PLLC has remained committed to providing the best care possible. Julie’s professional background and counseling experience allows her to provide the highest levels of support available in the industry. She also served as a social service director and bereavement coordinator for a local hospice agency, providing counseling and support for families coping with death. As an Alzheimer’s Association Program Director, Julie provided education and counseling to families and individuals affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias – this role carries over into her position at Seasons Care Management, PLLC as well. She is currently a board member and past Present of Idaho Guardian and Fiduciary Association, a member of National Association of Social Workers, National Guardianship Association, and Trust and Estate Professionals of Idaho.
With extensive experience supporting both individuals and their caregivers, Seasons Care Management, PLLC provides exceptional and compassionate support towards help finding dementia care resources, mental health care resources, senior care management, and more. We are available whenever you need us, which is why for our clients we offer 24/7 emergency services outside of our 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, regular business hours!
